What a pleasure it was to speak with the Student Ambassadors of the USA Pavilion at EXPO Milano 2015. Their energy was terrific and these are the kind of kids I'd want to hire. They're sharp, bright, worldly and making the most of a beautiful experience in Milan. The conversation at this Worlds Fair is about how to Feed The Planet with with healthy, sustainable methods as the world population grows. It is one of the most important conversations to have on a global level and this amazingl 6 month event has opened up a new type of culinary ambassadorship. We're all going to have to figure it out and EXPO Milano has brought the worlds of science, culture and technology together in a stunning way to evolve and enhance the conversation.
